Who runs the website

The website is operated by Hakeem Faider, a New Zealand sole trader trading as JustSaying, of 2B Augustus Terrace, Parnell, Auckland 1052, New Zealand. General enquiries can be sent to hello@justsayingapp.com.

Using this website

You may browse the website and join the early-access list for personal, lawful purposes if you are at least 18. Please do not disrupt the site, evade its safeguards, probe private systems, impersonate another person or submit an email address you are not authorised to use.

Early access

Joining the list records your interest and consent to the updates described beside the form. It does not create a paid subscription or guarantee a release date, feature, price, country launch or place in a limited test. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Product previews

Interface examples use the fictional Loomis Household and illustrative amounts. Current iPhone screens are shown; Android is planned within the same React Native product and will complete separate device testing. Previews explain product direction and are not financial advice or a promise that every detail will ship unchanged.

Ownership

The JustSaying name, house mark, visual system, copy and product interface are protected materials. You may not reuse them commercially without permission.

Availability

This pre-release website is provided as available. We may update, pause or withdraw it while preparing for launch. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

If these website terms change materially, the updated date and wording will be posted here before the revised terms apply to new signups.
