This notice covers the JustSaying website and pre-release list. The mobile app will have a separate, fully reviewed Privacy Policy before public release.

Who is responsible

JustSaying is operated by Hakeem Faider, a New Zealand sole trader trading as JustSaying. Hakeem is also the privacy officer. JustSaying collects and holds the information described below. What the early-access form collects

When you ask for early access, we store the email address you provide, the consent notice version you agreed to and the time of that request. The website also creates short-lived, pseudonymous rate-limit records from your network address to prevent automated abuse. It does not store the raw address in those records.

Why we use it

We use your email only to manage the pre-release list, tell you when testing or launch access is available for your device or country, and send closely related product updates. Joining does not guarantee a release date or testing place. We do not sell the list or use it for unrelated advertising.

Where it is processed

Cloudflare runs this website and its signup database for us. Website requests and signup information may be processed outside New Zealand. Any future email provider will receive only the information needed to deliver an approved update. Provider locations, contracts and overseas-disclosure safeguards must be checked again before this draft is published.

How long we keep it

We keep a waitlist entry until you unsubscribe, until twelve months after the public launch relevant to you, or until the pre-release programme ends, whichever happens first. We then delete it unless a limited record is required by law. Abuse-prevention counters stop being usable within 24 hours and expired rows are removed as the service processes later requests.

Your choices and rights

You can opt out of updates or ask to access, correct or delete your waitlist information by contacting privacy@justsayingapp.com. We may need to verify that you control the email address before acting on a request. New Zealand access and correction requests will be handled as soon as reasonably practicable and within the time required by law.

Security and questions

We use encrypted transport, restricted service access, minimal collection, generic signup responses and server-side abuse limits. No internet service can promise zero risk. If you have a privacy question or concern, contact the privacy officer at privacy@justsayingapp.com.
