Can I download the app?

JustSaying launches on the New Zealand App Store on 15 October 2026. Join the early list on the homepage and we'll email you when it's out.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone, running iOS 16.4 or later. Android is planned but not available yet. New Zealand comes first, then other countries.

Can my whole household join?

Yes. One person creates the household in the app and invites everyone else from Settings › Roommates. Each person uses their own account.

I found a bug

Email hello@justsayingapp.com with what you were doing, what you expected, and a screenshot if it's safe to share. Beta testers can also send feedback straight from TestFlight by taking a screenshot.

Subscriptions and refunds

The House Pass is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscriptions; refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy requests and account deletion

Delete your account in the app under Settings, or see delete account. For anything else about your data, email privacy@justsayingapp.com.
