JustSaying is an iPhone app for people who share a home. It splits expenses and works out the fewest payments to settle the house, rotates chores with gentle reminders, and posts recurring bills like rent on its own. It's free, with an optional House Pass that covers the whole household. Made in Auckland.

Long description

Shared houses run on goodwill, and admin wears it down: one flatmate keeps the spreadsheet, someone is always quietly out of pocket, and the chore rota lives on a fridge nobody reads. JustSaying takes those jobs off people. Expenses are split equally or custom, and balances are netted across the house so a month of groceries settles in two or three transfers. Chores rotate on their own, with cover requests when life gets in the way. Fixed bills like rent post themselves at the household's own 9am, even when nobody opens the app, while variable bills like power wait for the real amount. Everything is private to the household, in its own currency, with no ads or third-party trackers. JustSaying is free; the optional House Pass (NZ$12.99 a month or NZ$99.99 a year) adds unlimited recurring bills, full history and chore swaps for everyone in the house. It launches on the New Zealand App Store on 15 October 2026.
